True Fragrance Oil Costs
How much is that cheap bottle of fragrance oil really
costing you? More then you
think! Use half as much (or less)
of our Candle Cocoon fragrance oils and save
money on your candles! Not to
mention you get a better quality product because you are putting less “stuff”
into your candle.

Now for the math:
An average price for a cheap bottle of oil is about $15
per pound. Our average price is $25
per pound. With a lot of their oils
you need as much as 1.5 ounces per pound.
With ours we recommend that you don’t use more then .8oz per pound. With their oil you would get about 10.5
one-pound candles. With ours you
would get 20 one-pound candles.
With their oil the scent for each one-pound candle would cost you $1.43. While the oil for a one-pound candle
made with our oil would only cost you
$1.25 per one-pound candle.
That is a savings of about 12.5%!!
There are even more savings. When you purchase 5 or more pounds of
our Candle Cocoon oils at regular price you get 12% off! That drops your per-one-pound candle
scent cost down to only $1.10 per
candle! AND don’t forget about
shipping. You would have to order
at least twice as much with other companies. That is like adding on another couple of
dollars per pound (sometimes over $6.00 when ordering single bottles) to their
scent, which would make the cost differences even bigger.
This is just an average. If we were to have used our Super
Concentrates as an example the savings would have been even bigger!
Different waxes and additives will
affect scent throw. But overall you get more scent throw with less oil
using our Candle Cocoon fragrance oils.
