Product description

Deodorized Cocoa Butter. After being manually extracted from the cacao bean, the natural cocoa butter has a rich pleasant chocolate aroma. Natural cocoa butter is known for its high oxidative stability, as a result of it being naturally rich in antioxidants and vitamin E. In the US it is used in cosmetic and food industries. It is thought to have natural emollient properties and help products hold their shape.

Deoderized cocoa butter is solid at room temperature.

Cocoa butter produced in a plant that is free of the 8 major allergens:
Milk, Tree Nuts, Eggs, Wheat, Fish, Peanuts, Shellfish and Soybeans. Allergen statements are provided upon request.
