Our Aloe Vera Melt and Pour Soap Base is one of the clearest bases available — beautifully translucent and enriched with real Aloe Vera gel, known for centuries to soothe burns, abrasions, and support skin healing. This gentle, skin‑loving base is perfect for creating moisturizing soaps with a clean, professional finish.
Simply cut, melt in short microwave bursts, stir, add scent and color, pour, and let harden.
To make the base more opaque, simply add Titanium Dioxide.

When receiving your melt and pour soap, the most important thing is that you get everything you paid for — which may result in a variety of sizes and shapes.

Aloe Vera • Purified Water • Sodium Hydroxide (saponifying agent)
Sorbitol • Propylene Glycol (from vegetable glycerine) • Sorbitan Oleate (emulsifier) • Oat Protein
❄️ Cold‑Weather Shipping Note
Because we’re based in Wisconsin, your soap base may arrive brittle from freezing during transport.
This is normal — the base is perfectly fine. Always test a small amount before making a large batch.
If brittle from freezing:
Single Pour Bar Soap (not sliced):
Use as‑is. The finished bar will be harder and longer‑lasting.
Optionally, add 3–5% water or glycerine to restore the original texture.
Loaf Soap (to be sliced):
Add 7–10% water or glycerine for smooth slicing.
You can test higher amounts — remelt and adjust before adding color or fragrance.
💧 Adding more glycerine increases sweating but also enhances moisturization.
