I'm not one for anything chocolate in fragrance (white chocolate isn't chocolate - I love white chocolate) but this fragrance oil is incredible. First of all, there's no feetsies smell in this (thank you)! I know the idea of chocolate will turn some noses up, but you HAVE TO try this one in your product (not out of bottle). It's a warm, rustic, woodsy sandalwood that just makes my heart melt, blended with bitter, dark chocolate, that's more like...cocoa nibs! And magic. It's so complex there must be magic in it.
Nothing is worse to my nose than a sharp, perfumy sandalwood (except nag champa - and I just gagged thinking about it) and this sandalwood is anything but perfumy. I love this scent alone, as well as blended with other fragrances. I would consider this an earthy scent that leans masculine. This bad boy is STRONG, using about half the fragrance load that I normally would, making the price fantastic for the amount of wax I can scent with just 1 lb.
I CP soaped with this fragrance years ago and don't recall any issues, and I know that the scent sticks, I just don't soap any more.
