🧼 Low Sweat Clear Melt and Pour Soap Base

Enjoy the look of cold process soap — without the wait! This base gives you that handcrafted appearance and can be wrapped in paper for a natural finish. No long cure time, just melt, design, and pour. If you want it to look more like cold processed soap add titanium dioxide.

Sold by weight. Comes in randomly cut, easy‑to‑use pieces.


🌿 Ingredients (Cold Process‑Style)

  • Coconut Oil

  • Sustainable Palm Oil

  • Safflower Oil

  • Glycerine (kosher, vegetable origin)

  • Purified Water

  • Sodium Hydroxide (saponifying agent)

  • Sorbitol

  • Propylene Glycol (from vegetable glycerine)

  • Sorbitan Oleate (emulsifier)

  • Oat Protein


⚙️ Process Aids

Used only in small, non‑essential amounts to improve remelting, re‑batching, and final appearance. May include Bio Propylene Glycol (from vegetable glycerine). Excluded in FREE soap bases: Cocamidopropylamine Oxide, Disodium Sulfosuccinate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine. All materials are biodegradable — no SLS or SLES.


❄️ Cold‑Weather Shipping Note

Soap base may arrive brittle due to freezing during transport (we’re in Wisconsin!). It’s perfectly fine — test a small amount before making a large batch.

If brittle from freezing:

  • Single Pour Bars: Use as‑is for harder, longer‑lasting bars.

  • Loaf Soap (to slice): Add 7–10% water or glycerine for smooth slicing. More glycerine = more moisturizing, but also more sweating.


📦 Packaging

May arrive as one piece or several, except for the 40 lb wrapped case, which includes 40 individually wrapped bars.
