RRD Wicks

🕯️ The RRD wick is a popular choice for candle makers who want a clean, consistent burn—especially in pillar and container candles. Here's what makes it special:

🔍 What Is an RRD Wick?

• RRD stands for Round, Directional, and Durable

• Made from 100% braided cotton core

• Designed to curl slightly during combustion, which helps maintain a stable flame

• Produces a concentric burn pool, ideal for even wax consumption

🌟 Key Features

• Self-trimming: The wick curls as it burns, reducing mushrooming and soot

• NST treatment: A sodium-based coating that improves performance in vegetable waxes

• Versatile: Works well in paraffin, soy, palm, and even candle gel

• Sizes available: RRD-29 through RRD-55, each with different flame heights and burn rates

All RRD  wicks come pre-tabbed on one end. If you are cut to make smaller wicks you will need more tabs. Additional Wick tabs may be purchased separately.

****Bags of 100 come in a fully biodegradable and compostable "plastic" bag***
