Bulk and Special Orders
Candle Cocoon Bulk prices are manufacturer direct. This is only a tiny mark up for handling the order. All BULK prices are exempt from coupons, sales, free gifts, rewards, rebates and promotions or any additional deductions.
Price Changes
Manufacturers have the right to change product costs without notice. As we receive a notice of product cost changes, Bulk product prices will change accordingly. In other words, if you order on this site and there is a price increase or decrease you will be notified. If it is a decrease you will be issued a refund. If there is an increase we will request additional funds via PayPal or you may choose to cancel the order.
Product ETA Communications
One - two Business days after you order a Bulk product the manufacturer ETA will be emailed to you. These dates are updated as we receive them from the manufacturer and transit companies.
Pallet, Drum & Very Large Orders
Each freight order will have a $10 wood pallet fee for each pallet used to ship the order.
Lead-Times
To keep prices as low as possible, we do not stock Bulk inventory. All bulk sizes have an advertised lead-time. Lead-times vary by manufacturer and can change with little notice throughout the year (based manufacturing schedules). If our regular stock is in an “overstock” situation, we will pull from our stock inventory and ship the order.
Canceled Bulk Orders
Since Bulk sizes are special orders with the manufacturer, all canceled orders will have a 50% cancellation fee.
Returns
No refunds or returns on Bulk sizes
*****Special Order (**SO)
Special Order (**SO) items are not in our physical inventory.
It generally takes just 1-2 additional business days to receive an **SO item.
**SO items can be picked up at our Candle Cocoon location. We will notify you when it arrives.
If in stock items are ordered with SO items your order will be held until all parts have arrived to save you shipping. If you want your regular items sent ahead you need to tell us. Shipping will be charged accordingly.
No returns or refunds on **SO.
