Square Braid Wick
Square Braid Wick was originally designed for use beeswax candles because the structure of the beeswax molecule needs a specific type of surface to climb in the wick system. Nowadays this wick has proven useful in all types of candle systems. This unique construction combined with our chemical treatment processes make it an excellent choice for waxes that are highly viscous when molten, like beeswax and vegetable wax.
Features:
- Engineered to curl while burning, minimizing carbon build-up.
- Square Braid wick is constructed of 100% natural fibers
- Treated with chemical flame retardant treatments to improve burn qualities.
- Raw wick. Needs to be primed before use.
- Wick tabs sold separately.
Beeswax - Tests made using our beeswax from a local beekeeper. Results may very greatly depending on what your bees eat. Changes of 1 or 2 wick sizes is not uncommon for different beeswax. Test.
