Masala Chai is a wonderful blend of cumin, cardamon, star anise, honey and milk along with other spices. AND you can actually smell the milk! Many families in India have their own secret blend. Maybe this could be yours!

M: Cumin, Cardamom, Star Anise, Cinnamon, Clove, Cherry, Coconut, Nutmeg

B: Milk, Honey, Maple, Vanilla

Authentic and true to its description

I've sampled several different chai FOs and this is by far the closest you will come to authentic chai made by the chaiwalas in India... the real stuff is more subtle and it does not taste or smell as strong as what you would get in coffee shops in the US. And yes you can definitely smell the milk!! Well done 👏
